They started with Joystiq, a generic Video Game blog. They spread out to "Fanboy" sites like Nintendo Wii Fanboy, DS Fanboy, PSP Fanboy, etc.</p><p>After about a year, they remerged the 'fanboy' sites onto 'joystiq' (Which leads to today, where they've got <a href="http://ds.joystiq.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="ds.joystiq.com">ds.joystiq.com</a>, <a href="http://wii.joystiq.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="wii.joystiq.com">wii.joystiq.com</a> and so on)</p><p>I thought it was worth mentioning before you go out on the same path.
